Richmond Arms Hotel

Old hotel in a beautiful environment. Very friendly staff and you can have an excellent dinner there. The breakfast is also excellent. There is not much to do in the village but the bar of the hotel is very well visited and is very cozy. We were here on the moped from the Netherlands and we had a great time.

A pleasant hotel with very nice staff. Both the room and en-suite were large, and had everything we needed. Even though the hotel is situated on a main road, it was relatively quiet. Parking was easy right next to the hotel, which meant we didn't get too wet loading/unloading bags. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, food and drink are a real plus point here. We ate in the bar area where the atmosphere was friendly, with a local guy chatting all night about fishing.......gave his poor wife a rest I suppose!

Nice characterful building in a beautiful village in Scotland. Nice coffee! We had booked to eat at the clock house restaurant across the road but the hotels pizza menu looked very good too Parking right outside the hotel

Richmond Arms Hotel is a very nice, warm, clean and cozy place with great atmosphere. We felt really welcome and comfortable; care, attention and kindness of the personnel made our stay so special. The room had everything we needed and what was listed in the description. For breakfast we could choose what we liked among many options, and people in hotel listened to all our needs which happened to me for the first time. The food was great, so we had in the hotel not only breakfasts, but dinners as well. We loved excellent selection of drinks and the restaurant with real fire. Also, the location is worth to be mentioned. Mountains and pine forests are all around the place, so spectacular views are guaranteed any time of the year. We were lucky to have some snow! And the Lecht ski resort is only 6 miles away. We definitely recomend the Richmond Arms hotel for short and lond stays in any season.

Loved this little town. The people were awesome and the location was perfect.
